Marilyn Alverio is the founder and CEO of Latinas in Leadership Inc. and the executive director of the Latinas in Leadership Institute. She has more than 30 years of experience in marketing and community engagement in the airline, pharmaceutical, health and financial service sectors. Her passion for empowering Latinas has driven her to create platforms that inspire, motivate, and provide tools for their success.

Giselle Garcia serves as Program Manager and Executive Assistant to the CEO at Latinas in Leadership Inc., bringing more than 15 years of experience in nonprofit and community work. Known for her resourcefulness, adaptability, and ability to connect with people, she plays a key role in supporting programs, leadership initiatives, and the LiLI community. Giselle also holds a certification in Victim Advocacy and has a long-standing commitment to serving women, youth, and families. She is passionate about creating opportunities, building meaningful connections, and helping others recognize their potential and grow as leaders.
