Participants will leave with new ideas, skills, and confidence to pursue decision making roles and add value to their respective organization or business. The curriculum in Latinas in Leadership Institute program is organized around four pillars with which participants will be expected to engage:    

This certification program is geared towards Latina professionals working in early career to mid-level positions in corporate, government, municipal, small business, education and non-profit sectors. And it should say This certification programs geared toward Latina professional and entrepreneurs in their early to mid-career journey.

We will assess candidates for this program based on two groups: 

Early Career women: (3-4 years of experience in their respective sectors)

Mid-career women : (8+ years of experience in their respective sectors)
