With uncertainty surrounding the future of Social Security, it's essential for young and mid-career Latinas to take a proactive approach to wealth management. Through financial education, strategic planning, and building supplemental income streams, participants will learn how to create a strong foundation for a secure and independent retirement.

LATINAS ON BOARDS, COMMISSIONS AND COMMUNITY NETWORKS
Latina representation on community boards, commissions, and corporate boards is critical to building inclusive leadership and driving real change. These roles offer Latinas a platform to advocate for key issues and shape the future of public and private organizations. This panel features dynamic leaders—a corporate C-suite executive, a nonprofit director, a school administrator, and a statewide network leader—who will share their journeys, challenges, and the impact of Latina leadership in decision-making spaces. Together, we’ll explore how increasing Latina participation in these roles strengthens our communities and moves us toward a more equitable future.
